A H Lansley has been operating as a Business Transfer (Business Sales) and Commercial Agent since 1890. Established by Mr A H Lansley who performed inspections and valuations on a bicycle at the beginning.

The business expanded after the First World War. Brian and Morvyn Hayes joined the firm in 1960. Brian Hayes, the companies longest serving and most famous member, working and running the business until his untimely death in 2021. (more than 60 years service).
